Victorian Herb Garden
| 2211-2217 Cleveland AveNUE |

Project Partners: The Miracle Garden, Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio, Schieber and Associates
Award Amount: $25,000

The proposal for a Victorian Herb Garden will create replicable herb garden to achieve three goals: neighborhood beautification, community engagement and education, and a place to grow herbs and produce for the urban farming economic development plan. With brick lined gravel paths and a brick wall along the sidewalks, the site will contain pollinator habitats, fruit trees, berries, herbs, walking paths, benches and a gazebo for outdoor educational activities. Beyond direct community engagement, the intent is to utilize local students and volunteers to implement the proposal and assist with annual maintenance on site.
